Our Promise
We want you to love your MURJER™. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Your first return ships free — we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Subsequent returns are at the customer's expense.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free of scents, marks, or alterations
For The Foundation Sculpting Brief: the hygienic gusset liner protection sticker must be fully intact and undisturbed. Briefs with a removed or disturbed liner cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, email us at muriel@murjer.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with your prepaid label and instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To exchange for a different size or style, email us at muriel@murjer.com. Once we confirm your exchange request, we'll ship your new item and send a prepaid return label for the original — both happen simultaneously so you're never without your MURJER™.
Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at muriel@murjer.com with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
- The Foundation Sculpting Brief with disturbed hygienic liner
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount are eligible for return and exchange unless explicitly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements above.
